1932 Bryant Avenue Receives an FDNY Letter of Recommendation for ARCS

On May 24th, we received another FDNY stamp of approval, this time for our work at 1932 Bryant Avenue in the West Farms neighborhood in the Bronx. The Auxiliary Radio Communication System (ARCS) project at 1932 Bryant was a team effort that included Monadnock Construction, High Rise Fire, Glo Electric, and RF Solutions. RF Solutions presided over the smarts and parts of the project, but our partners ensured the system was installed correctly and met all FDNY standards. Glo Electric helped make the entire project go smoothly; their attention to detail was a significant factor in passing the first inspection with zero deficiencies! Glo Electric provides the gold standard for ARCS installations.

The newly constructed 15-story mixed-use, affordable housing development is part of a major redevelopment plan from the Archdiocese of New York City to modernize and reinvigorate West Farms, including the creation of up to 2,000 affordable and low-income housing properties. 1932 Bryant offers 319 rent-stabilized, affordable apartments, 12,000 square feet of retail space, and a 9,000 square foot community facility. The West Farms Redevelopment Plan aims to revitalize 11 blocks of the neighborhood by adding affordable housing and new job opportunities.

RF Solutions takes pride in the work we do, and it’s gratifying to know that we play a part in making NYC safe for the people who live and work here.
