1465 Park Avenue Receives an FDNY Letter of Approval

RF Solutions received another FDNY letter of approval for our ARC system at 1465 Park Avenue in Upper Manhattan’s East Harlem neighborhood, two blocks from Central Park. The newly constructed 15-story building contains 400 units, 4000 square feet of retail space, and 38,000 square feet of community space. The rock cliffs of the Palisades along the Hudson River were the inspiration for the building’s unique design.

An Auxiliary Radio Communication System (ARCS) project can take years to complete and requires collaboration across several entities. When we work with companies that we have experience with in the past, projects like 1465 Park flow seamlessly. High Rise Fire and Security hired us to oversee the ARCS project design and provide our proprietary Radio Command Series equipment. “Mark this as another successful partnership with RF Solutions. Beginning with the pre-design support to the final acceptance of the system, RF Solutions stays close to the project to ensure a quality product. Our team is more than pleased to have RF Solutions as a strategic partner,” said Moises Ruiz, Vice President, Strategic Development at High Rise Fire and Security. Glo Electric was responsible for the high-quality installation of the system.

We are grateful to work with such a talented team. At RFS, we take pride in the work we do, and it’s incredibly rewarding to know that we play a part in making NYC safe for the people who live and work here.
