Park Haven Apartments – ARCS

Park Haven is a new mixed-income apartment complex in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx. The ten-story building includes 178 residential units, a ground-level grocery store, and community facilities.

RF Solutions was brought in as the Engineer of Record for the FDNY ARCS System encompassing, design, filing, installation oversight, commission, testing and final FDNY approval.
