15 Hudson Yards – ARCS & 2Way Radio

15 Hudson Yards is a residential skyscraper located on the west side of Manhattan. The 914 foot tower is integrated with the Shed, a cultural venue at the building’s base. The building was completed in 2019.

RF Solutions is the Engineer of Record for the FDNY ARC System, encompassing the design, filing, installation oversight, commission, testing, and final AHJ approval. The building required a unique design with redundant RAUS and two DRCs. In addition, we are providing an upgrade to the 2Way radio system at Hudson Yards. Our scope of work involves a redesign of the active architecture utilizing state-of-the-art Fiplex fiber-fed equipment.
