Our proprietary ARC system hardware provides onsite command and control communications throughout a building. We’ve taken extra steps not presently available in the marketplace. Our electronics are tested in an ETL facility and meet exacting UL standards. By insisting the product is built in an ISO 9001 facility, we ensure ongoing quality control, unlike our competitors that have chosen to build their products onsite at their integration job.
We are proud to say that we manufacture in America. Our custom control and monitoring system consist of microcontrollers and custom circuit boards, as well as proprietary software. We determined that the risk of system hackers would be minimized using local electrical and software engineering services that were ISO 9001 certified. Knowing we’ve done everything we can to ensure that our systems are 100% operational at go time was a mission-critical factor.
DRC
RF Solutions Dedicated Radio Console provides dispatch and control capabilities for an FDNY approved Auxiliary Radio Communications System (ARCS). It meets the requirements for implementation in New York City.
The PS-C100 is designed to be installed at the Fire Command Center(s) within a building lobby and will connect to the RF Solutions Radio Amplification Unit PS-R101 & R104. The console provides dispatch and control capabilities as well as displaying system status and alerts. The ARCS console will be accessed using a standard citywide key.
RAU
The Radio Amplification Unit (RAU) rebroadcasts FDNY’s radio signals throughout a building, employing a Distributed Antenna System. Custom designed by RF Solutions, this RAU is protected by a durable, NEMA 4 enclosure meeting the FDNY requirements for implementation in New York City. Both models, the PS-R101 and the PS-R104 power not only the components within the RAU, but also provide power to the RF Solutions PS-C100 DRC(s) with a single connection. The RAU cabinet (including cable ingress) has been certified to NEMA-4 water protection standard (IP 60529).
